The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants, the courthouse, and York Road, plus they offer a tasty breakfast with a wide variety of options.

Facility was fine generally speaking; garage construction was a problem. Poor signage about parking was unhelpful.
Desk staff and dining room staff seemed far less than professional. Basic attitude left much to be desired; surely did not convey a message that said 'we want you to return.' Rather, message of laziness or too enthusiastic to be totally unreasonable about price-value of anything they offered or should have done.

Early check-in, parking on-site. Newly remodelled room, nicely updated with large tv.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Towson and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for me, as it was centrally located and close to the event I was attending. The room I stayed in was a 2 bedroom suite and it was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The hotel provided excellent amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and offering helpful suggestions. I was also pleased to receive complimentary buffet breakfast each day due to the ongoing renovations. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the loud air conditioning unit and small bedrooms, my overall stay was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

No apology for a water leak that resulted in a loss of a night's sleep. Expected premium service for premium pricing which did not happen. Leak had clearly happened before which means the unit most likely harbors mold/fungi spores, I thought air quality matters!

Food was outstanding and I have nothing but VERY NICE memories from this trip. I had a brand-new room in this perfectly clean hotel. Loved my rooms with breakfast. The venue had an absolutely perfect location a short way from Towson Town Center. Visited few places in the center, a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a very nice area. The location was perfect, with easy access to different parts of the city, including shopping areas and the Towsontowne center. The rooms were well-equipped, with full kitchens and comfortable beds with lovely lamps. I especially appreciated the option of having 2 or 3 bedrooms, perfect for families or larger groups. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Everything was fine.

Location, size of the room (2 bedroom). Kitchen
We paid and requested a king size bed and only had a room with a queen. When I checked out and told front desk they said the wording on the online booking is faulty and being corrected. The room sleeps 6 people but only has one bathroom.
